Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic trial attorney to join our growing practice, specializing in plaintiff's personal injury, medical and nursing home negligence, wrongful death, defective products, and mass torts. If you're licensed to practice law in Ohio (or will be within the next six months), have a minimum of five years of active practice, and have successfully completed at least one jury trial, we'd love to hear from you!

Why Join Us?

1. Award-Winning Law Firm:
Our firm is a recognized leader in the field, known for our exceptional legal services and commitment to client care. Founded by a trailblazing woman attorney with a focus on providing an unparalleled client experience, we have earned numerous local, state, and national awards for both courtroom success and leadership in the industry. Our firm was named in Best Law Firms in America by U.S. News for 2023 and 2024, and we pride ourselves on our community involvement and giving back.

2. Engaging and Challenging Work:
Are you an "A player" who thrives on achieving goals and making meaningful contributions? We're looking for someone passionate about practicing law and who wants to take on challenging, rewarding cases. If you want to manage your own litigation caseload from start to finish, develop case strategies, direct discovery, take and defend depositions, and work as part of a dedicated trial team, this position is for you. Your work here will be far from mundane—it's a chance to grow, learn, and contribute to a passionate, success-driven team.

3. Hybrid Work Environment:
We believe in the importance of work-life balance and offer a hybrid work environment that allows you to combine the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative energy of our office. This role is perfect if you're seeking an environment that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.

4. Competitive Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to a rewarding and fulfilling career, you'll be generously compensated. Our attorneys enjoy structured bonuses, profit sharing, co-counsel fees for referrals, excellent benefits, and a retirement matching plan. We also offer ample time off to support your personal and professional needs.

5. Career Growth Opportunities:
As we continue to grow and expand our practice, you'll have the potential for advancement within the firm. We're looking for someone eager to develop their career, whether in litigation or firm leadership, and help shape the future of our practice.
What We're Looking For

1. Exceptional Writing & Trial Skills:
If you're an outstanding writer and enjoy presenting legal arguments in a compelling way, you'll thrive in this role. If you've already completed at least one jury trial and are eager to gain more trial experience through focus groups, workshops, and additional first- and second-chair trial opportunities, we'd love to have you on our team.

2. Passion & Dedication:
We're looking for someone motivated by more than just a paycheck. If you're driven by a desire to make a real difference in the lives of others and are passionate about justice, you have what it takes to be a successful trial attorney. Confidence, courage, and determination are key qualities we value in our team.
How to Apply:

Ready to join us and make a real impact in the legal world? Please submit your resume to careers@[email] with the subject line "Trial Attorney Resume - [Your Last Name], [Your First Name]." In your email, share your passion for justice and tell us about the three things you love to do most outside of work.

We value your attention to detail and will only consider applications that follow these instructions.

Take the first step toward a fulfilling and prosperous legal career—join our team and help us continue to provide compassionate, innovative solutions for those who need it most.
