Who we’re looking for in our Head of Engineering
As a Head of Engineering, you’ll oversee and lead the architecture and development of our AI-powered ad automation system, leading a team of 6 engineers. You’ll work across AI, backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure , leading a high-impact engineering team to build the future of AI-driven advertising.
What You’ll Do:
• Architect and develop our multi-agent AI system for automated ad buying
• Lead development across AI (LangChain, CrewAI, Auto-GPT), backend (Node.js, FastAPI, Flask), and frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
• Optimize real-time bidding, budget allocation, and creative optimization with AI.
• Build and maintain integrations with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic DSPs .
• Ensure a scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Mentor and grow a team of world-class engineers.
What We’re Looking For:
• Full-stack expertise with experience in AI agents, backend APIs, and frontend development .
• Proficiency with AI frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Auto-GPT, or similar.
• Strong backend skills in Node.js, FastAPI, or Flask .
• Experience building real-time, high-frequency systems (e.g., ad tech, trading systems) .
• Cloud & DevOps experience: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker .
• Prior leadership experience or strong technical mentorship capabilities.
• No sponsorship needed, must be immediately available.
• Willing to c ommute to our SF office 5 days a week and work 60+ hours per week.
• Understands what it takes to build a startup and is deeply familiar with the latest technologies .
