Job Title: Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our growing team in Hillsboro, Oregon . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python , deep understanding of NLP , experience with Generative AI , and a passion for solving complex problems with innovative AI/ML techniques. As a key member of our team, you will work on impactful projects that push the boundaries of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) .
• Analyze large, complex datasets and extract valuable insights to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including breakthroughs in Generative AI and NLP technologies.
• Conduct research to continuously improve AI models and algorithms, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the deployment and integration of machine learning models into production systems.
• Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Data Science , Engineering , or related field (PhD is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , Scikit-learn , and spaCy .
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI (e.g., GANs, transformers).
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical models, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with data processing, cleaning, and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning and neural networks.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, Java).
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus.
