Our Creative Department is looking for an Art Director to come in and make amazing happen. You must be strong conceptually. You must be nice. You need to know your way around an advertising agency and be strong in collaboration. No matter what the channel,be it print, TV, collateral, social, outdoor, digital or even a stunt, it is your responsibility to push the creative. We’re looking for someone with real skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualize ideas
Can take direction, but can defend their position
Applying creativity to every aspect of your job
Bring an energy that makes everyone jealous
Be able to articulate the core of the idea in 30 seconds or less
Responsible for creating and maintaining the overall consistency of the art elements connected with the production, design, construction, and finished projects
Create engaging social and digital content across multiple platforms
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4 – 6 years of experience, advertising agency background strongly desired
Strong portfolio of work with produced ideas
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. After Effects experience a plus
Excellent understanding of what makes a great ad
Strong conceptual skills
Strong sense of design
Strong presentation skills
An innate curiosity for ideas and the industry
A collaborator that plays well with others
Strategic problem solver
Knowledge of Keynote
Can be based out of either Chicago or Milwaukee office
