Kenyan protesters send strong Message of ‘Ruto must go!’ amidst Tear gas, stones and flames

The exchange of tear gas grenades and charged stone-throwing between the Kenyan Riot police and protesters in Nairobi and across other cities continued unabated as Kenyan families morn over 22 young people killed by the government sent law enforcement.
The prolonged demonstrations show that President William Ruto has failed to appease a spontaneous youth protest movement, even though he abandoned plans for tax rises that caused the unrest last week.
The demonstrations on Tuesday began with a lighter tone but grew more violent as the day progressed. The riot police were seen trying to protect themselves as they tightened their helmets and carrying shields and wooden clubs while throwing tear gas bombs at the charged protesters.
In some of the registered events, a kiosk was set ablaze in the center of a street. Medics tended wounded youths while the police also kept busy with tasks of bundling captured youths into an awaiting pickup truck.
Outside the capital, hundreds of protesters marched through Mombasa, Kenya’s second largest city, on the Indian Ocean coast. They carried palm fronds, blew on plastic horns and beat on drums, chanting “Ruto must go!”
Will Ruto actually choose to leave the seat of government to protect further situations?
In your opinion, what is the end result and what can be learned by other African leaders and oppressed populations from the Kenyan event?
