  • Monitor packaging supply levels (boxes, tissue, tape, hangers, polybags, etc.) and proactively order materials to ensure stock is always on hand.
  • Maintain accurate inventory across multiple warehouse locations and support inventory reconciliation and movement as needed.
  • Support photoshoot logistics, including assisting with the return of equipment and clothing post-shoot and helping manage outbound and inbound samples.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Production, Sales, Store, and E-Commerce—to ensure full operational alignment.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-party carriers (primarily UPS) to ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery service.
  • Take initiative on ad hoc warehouse and logistics projects, including layout optimization, process improvements, and seasonal planning.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing warehouse, stockroom, or logistics operations in a high-volume, deadline-sensitive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping logistics, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ShipStation required; familiarity with AIMS360 is a strong plus.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage large order volumes with precision.
  • Proven leadership ability to build, motivate, train, and oversee a team in a high-demand setting.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset—able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Clothing allowance
  • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and creative fashion environment
