Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design of marine infrastructure elements, including reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, steel structures, deep foundations, and earth-retaining systems
  • Contribute to the development of calculations, technical reports, and engineering memoranda aligned with applicable codes and client expectations
  • Prepare and review construction drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation
  • Apply industry best practices to ensure technical excellence and regulatory compliance across all project phases
  • Conduct site inspections and support construction administration tasks as required throughout project delivery
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads and project managers to deliver quality results on complex, multidisciplinary marine projects

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, with at least 4 years of professional experience in structural design; experience in marine infrastructure, bridges, tunnels, or heavy civil projects preferred
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng. or PE)
  • Proficient in structural design and analysis with knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel for fieldwork and site inspections as needed
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and geographies
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to professional development

Salary Range: $115-155k/year
