Staff Full-Stack Engineer (AI Product, LLM Series A Startup)

We are looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join an AI-driven technology company helping enterprises leverage open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business challenges. As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you will work on transforming prototypes built by ML engineers into reliable production features. The focus is on AI-driven applications that help enterprise customers leverage open-source LLMs for various use cases. You will be responsible for building and refining key production features, ensuring they meet user needs while integrating seamlessly with the underlying AI infrastructure. This includes collaborating with distributed system software engineers to design and evolve the low-level inference and tuning systems that power the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement features that help enterprise customers use LLMs for their unique business needs, such as AI classification and inference tools.
• Lead the development of product features, from idea inception to deployment, leveraging internal AI inference and tuning infrastructure.
• Build intuitive interfaces that provide a seamless experience for non-technical customers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Product Designers) to enhance existing features and develop new solutions.
• Collect and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the platform.
