About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server to join our team in Ashland Springs FB, ASRES. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, and dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages

Skills:

As a Server, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Additionally, your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will contribute to a positive and efficient work environment. Experience with point-of-sale systems and knowledge of food and beverage service will be beneficial in this role.
