Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of NetSuite development experience and the ability to engage directly with clients to understand their business needs, provide solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. This is a client-facing role, requiring both technical proficiency and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and implement NetSuite customizations.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript, Workflows, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk (Web Services & RESTlets).
• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite performance and functionality.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite best practices, new releases, and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, implementation, and customization.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript, JavaScript, and other scripting languages and SuiteQL is a huge plus.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBundler.
• Experience working with saved searches in workflows and advanced PDF customization.
• Ability to integrate NetSuite with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus.
