What you will be doing:
-Generate actionable insights driving better recommendations
-Estimate the impact of algorithm changes, and designing and analyzing experiments with potential interaction effects
What you need:
-4+ yrs of industry experience in a Data Science role focused on predictive analytics and/or personalization for a B2C tech company (dating, gaming, social media)
-Experience analyzing productionized ML models or algorithms, running well-designed experiments, and building analytical/ML models to uncover key business drivers in Python.
-Expert in manipulating data in Python and proficient in building models such as ARIMA, regressions, xgboost and Random Forest Expert in SQL
-Degree in quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or equivalent)
Desired skills:
-Proficiency in building data transformations in DBT or Airflow
