Position Summary

A dynamic opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the future of how credit card customers engage with digital shopping and premium spend experiences. This role centers on driving customer engagement and business growth through data-driven strategies, innovative product marketing, and sharp business analysis. You'll work cross-functionally to identify customer behaviors, analyze eCommerce trends, and guide product marketing efforts that enhance online shopping and travel experiences.

This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong mix of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You’ll influence marketing and product development initiatives that impact millions of credit card users while aligning with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Marketing:
• Support marketing strategies for travel and premium spend platforms. Develop data-driven insights to influence the design and rollout of new customer-facing experiences. Help craft go-to-market strategies that promote adoption and engagement.
• Data Analysis & Testing:
• Design and run A/B tests to evaluate new offers, pricing strategies, and user flows. Use SQL and other data tools to extract insights and track product and campaign performance. Perform financial modeling to forecast impact and return on investment (ROI) of marketing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, legal teams, and risk managers to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Coordinate efforts that improve product quality, drive user growth, and optimize revenue potential.
• Customer Experience Optimization:
• Identify and evaluate trends in eCommerce and customer behavior. Balance customer needs with business objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering)
• At least 1 year of experience performing business analysis
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Data Science)
• 2+ years of experience using SQL for querying and analysis
• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis or strategy
• 1+ year of experience in market research or customer insights
• 1+ year of experience in a consulting or strategy-focused role
