Business Analyst – Wealth & Distribution Technology

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Wealth and Distribution Technology team , where you’ll play a key role in delivering solutions that directly impact our wealth management business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong financial services experience and deep knowledge of wealth management to contribute to strategic initiatives and drive meaningful results.

Your Role & Impact

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead business analysis efforts across large, complex initiatives.
• Facilitate the gathering and documentation of business and system requirements, including use cases.
• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to identify and implement impactful solutions.
• Mentor other business analysts, sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle—from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
• Ensure high standards of quality across all deliverables.
• Support resolution of escalated issues and conduct root cause analysis when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3+ years of experience in wealth or asset management (e.g., financial planning, investment management, regulatory reporting, trust & estate planning)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong technical documentation and writing skills
• Experience in business process modeling and scope management
• Functional testing and QA experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in problem solving
