Sales Associate / Selling Stylist:

Location: Austin (Westlake)

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated  Selling Stylist to join our in-store team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives on building customer relationships, and enjoys contributing to a dynamic and welcoming retail environment. As a  Selling Stylist , you’ll deliver personalized styling experiences while driving sales through exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador , communicating Legrand’s values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service in-store
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Continuously expand fashion and brand knowledge to enhance the styling experience.
• Build and maintain a personal client book , fostering strong relationships through outreach and follow-ups.
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation.
• Support daily store operations , including inventory management, POS transactions, online order fulfillment, and visual merchandising.
• Assess customer needs, providing expert guidance on product features and styling options.
• Stay informed on market trends, customer preferences, and industry insights to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of retail sales experience with a strong emphasis on direct customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized approach to sales and client development.
• Ability to build and manage a personal client book through proactive relationship-building.
• Strong team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
• Comfortable using technology in a retail environment, including a POS system.
• Flexible availability , including weekends and retail holidays.
