Review & Analytics Staffing Coordinator Opportunity
Redgrave LLP is seeking a highly skilled Review & Analytics Staffing Coordinator to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for our advanced document review and review project management teams. This individual will collaborate closely with Review Leads to understand the unique needs of each review role and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of exceptional candidates. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring we acquire exceptional candidates who meet our high standards in eDiscovery and legal review.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing for eDiscovery Attorneys and other professionals
Streamline Onboarding & Offer Management
Performance Management & Billing
Maintenance of eDiscovery Attorney Availability Bench
Administrative Management
