Nesco Resource is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team for a 4-month assignment with one of our valued clients. If you’re passionate about connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact!

Position Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $35/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing methods to attract and recruit high-quality candidates.
• Manage job postings internally and externally to ensure a steady pool of qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with vendors to place advertisements, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with sourcing channels, including staffing agencies, placement offices, and outreach programs.
• Conduct thorough resume screenings, initial interviews (phone and in-person), and refer top candidates for further interviews.
• Perform reference checks and keep candidates informed of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Extend job offers and ensure the hiring process meets company standards.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and provide onboarding support for both new hires and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
