The Recruiter at Inventprise plays a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our mission. As a culture and values champion, they have a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful at Inventprise, leveraging their knowledge of staffing in regulated industries that balance both science and manufacturing capabilities. The Recruiter is also someone who can form strong, strategic relationships with hiring managers of all levels, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively.

What You Need to Succeed

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate and influence hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and meet or exceed hiring goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and culture and values fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs to reduce the reliance on external staffing agencies and minimize staffing fees.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities meet legal requirements based on local, state, and federal regulations that promote equity and fairness.
  • Manage candidate offer negotiations to ensure we meet budget requirements.
  • Partner with external staffing agencies for specific requisitions and manage vendor performance.
  • Manage the company internship program, coordinating with various departments to ensure a positive and educational experience for interns.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Coordinate and conduct on-site or virtual interviews, as needed.

Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR business partner to understand team dynamics, department goals, and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure hiring managers and employees involved in the hiring process are acquainted with the overall process, best practices and legal requirements.
  • Work with hiring managers to effectuate candidate assessments and calibrations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Partner with outside agencies, schools, and organizations to develop a pipeline for top talent.
  • Build and execute hiring manager training.

Employer Branding

  • Contribute to the development of the company's employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and unique opportunities.
  • Utilize social media and other channels to enhance the company's employer brand presence in the talent market.
  • Manage the company’s career webpage and employ strategies that highlight Inventprise’s strengths to attract top talent.
  • Represent Inventprise at local job fairs, conferences, and at other networking events.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Bamboo HR).
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Keep apprised of staffing budget throughout the year to ensure recruiting costs and staffing fees are within the approved range.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a regulated industry, preferably life sciences.
  • Familiarity with relevant sourcing platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Ability to form strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Possess strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong appetite for learning and growth.
  • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently use of office equipment that requires manual dexterity to operate (i.e. computers, phones, etc.).
  • Occasional carrying, handling, and reaching for objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Frequently sit or stand for long periods of time.

Mental Demands:

  • Requires operational discipline to consistently focus and execute work-related tasks, with a minimum of human error and supervision. This involves self-checking of work immediately upon completion, and the ability to find / correct errors.
  • Ability to elevate potential concerns/discrepancies to supervisors or management in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously required
  • Ability to use problem-solving techniques to ensure project goals are met.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written are necessary to communicate within different departments and with external clients, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to adhere to ethical standards of conduct as well as applicable state and federal laws.

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite position in Redmond or Woodinville, WA. No remote or hybrid work is available for this position.
  • Primarily this position involves working in an office environment.
  • Occasional work in a temperature-controlled environment may be required.
  • Ability to travel between facilities depending on business needs.
  • Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, odors, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and intense noises.

Estimated Base Salary :

  • $80,000- $96,000 Yearly DOE
  • It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
  • The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, or HSA : Inventprise contributes 80% toward the Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for the employee, and their enrolled spouse, and dependents. Medical plans are currently provided through Premera Blue Cross.
  • 401(k) program : Inventprise offers both pre-tax 401(k) and post-tax Roth retirement savings plans, letting you decide how you want to save for the future. We also make an employer contribution of 3% of your total earnings each pay period, regardless of whether you contribute.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, in addition to paid holidays.
  • Stock & Bonus Plans: Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s Bonus and Stock plans.
