We are currently seeking a results-driven Property Manager to join our Downtown Cincinnati team! This role involves hands-on management of a 5-building portfolio that includes distressed properties, requiring both strategic and operational skills to enhance revenue, ensure high-quality resident relations, and manage a variety of ongoing projects. This is a full-time, salaried position, starting at $60,000/year, and including the benefits listed below:

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue through effective marketing techniques and adjustments as necessary for various unit types and occupancy optimization
• Lead a team of 5+ professionals, focusing on development and fostering a collaborative environment
• Implement innovative approaches to address resident and employee turnover, focusing on retention
• Proactively address crises with a focus on creative, resourceful solutions that minimize disruption
• Oversee all resident communications, focusing on satisfaction and retention. Regularly report to stakeholders on property performance and updates
• Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects with diverse levels of urgency and timelines
• Utilize analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and create effective resolutions
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting

Property Manager Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Property Manager
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing distressed properties
• Preferred experience managing a scattered portfolio
• Proven leadership in managing a team of 5 or more
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in handling resident relations and stakeholder reporting
• Self-starter with critical thinking and problem solving skills
