Job Description

• Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Configure and implement SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) with a focus on Controlling-Profitability Analysis (COPA) to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and profitability tracking.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis, identifying business requirements, and proposing optimized solutions to meet financial and controlling needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and SAP functional/technical teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide expertise in data migration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness during the S/4HANA transformation process.
• Optimize SAP COPA processes for profitability management, including segment definition, valuation, and realignment strategies.
• Design and execute testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and deliver training materials, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation to support end-user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards within the SAP environment.
• Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA brownfield migrations.
• Expertise in SAP COPA, including configuration, reporting, and integration with other modules.
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Profit Center Accounting.

Hands-on experience in data migration tools and methodologies, including LTMC, LSMW, or custom solutions.

Proficiency in designing solutions that comply with IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or other reporting tools integrated with SAP COPA.

Experience with Fiori apps and SAP Central Finance.

Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Work Environment:

This role may require occasional travel based on project needs.

Hybrid or remote options available depending on project requirements.
