We are hiring for Project Manager IV- IB/Venue in Little Rock, AR and Houston, TX(Office Tues/Wed)

Job Description:

The role supports efforts to build and activate In-Building / Venue sites

Key tasks include reviewing construction drawings, uploading due diligence documents, managing material releases, overseeing POs, BOMs, RFDS reviews, DAS installations, implementation, and activations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism by responding promptly to emails, actively participating in meetings, and providing clear updates. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams, maintain records, and understand the broader business impact of their role.

Job Duties:

  • Support the In-Building/Venue team with project management and implementation of new and modified in-building sites.
  • Provide regular project updates and clear communication with external and internal vendors.
  • Use system tools such as FUZE, Gmail, Google Sheets, and PO Modules.
  • Resolve technical issues and review new products/services to enhance the network.
  • Stay current with In-Building/DAS equipment and adapt to new technologies.
  • Manage purchase orders for equipment and support General Contractors (GCs).
  • Collaborate with project teams to assign duties and responsibilities.
  • Apply knowledge of estimating, project controls, and purchasing to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of previous In-Building projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Examine material, equipment, and performance estimates to ensure project accuracy.
  • Review status reports and modify plans as needed.
  • Prepare bids, specifications, and progress reports.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and provide monthly status projections.
  • Attend required progress meetings and report to supervisors.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple project requirements.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with cell site construction or hands-on experience with In-Building / DAS systems.
  • 5-7 years of previous In-Building project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience with Samsung and DAS equipment.
  • Knowledge of FUZE or project tracking databases.

Education/Certifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
