Job Description

Actively engages with Dealers by providing top-level customer service. Assists Dealers with an array of requests, including, but not limited to issuing quotes, checking order status, sending specifications, etc. Responsible for training and coaching Dealers on how to be more self-sufficient by utilizing resources, such as, the Dealer Quoting Website. Collaborates with other departments to find order-related solutions. Provides support to the Sales Operations Specialists with Order Entry & Change Orders. Works closely with Program Manager on specific projects related to Program Dealers and Sales, such as, creating streamlined process and procedures for New Dealer On-boarding and Order Submission.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Gather & prepare information needed for sales order processing.
• Enter and QC Commercial/Warranty sales orders that consistently meet department metrics.
• Manage new order entry requests to ensure timely conversions to production orders.
• Coordinate with project management to support key internal administrative milestones as needed.
• Document and follow up on important action items related to project meetings and assignments.
• Collaborate in identification and resolutions of order entry concerns as a proactive partner in ensuring client needs are met and Bestbath delivers on their competitive advantages.
• Assist in processing of change orders.
• Review and QC of orders being entered and communication with clients to resolve minor related issues.
• Provide back up support to Project Managers and other Project Coordinators.
• Provide back up as needed for other positions such as Inside Sales Representative, Receptionist, Customer Service and Sales Account Specialists
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

• 3+ / 5+ years' experience directly in sales operations or sales management with similar responsibilities.
• Veteran experience in management and optimization of CRM and ERP platforms, including customization and development of reporting for sales enablement and leadership insights.
• Keen understanding of process flow mapping and ability to lead related sales improvement efforts.
• Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Team player attitude with ability to self-direct, lead, or collaborate across functions, and also comfortable in supporting and enabling sales staff. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Medium to advanced computer skills/proficiency
• Sales & ERP software experience/knowledge
• Basic office equipment knowledge
• Excellent customer service ability
• Read and write English completely with accurate grammar
• Understand and accurately calculate basic business math
• Answer questions with clarity
• Sit at a desk for extended periods up to and including 8 hours a day

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Work is performed primarily in an office environment with moderate noise level. The employee in this class is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• Position requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, which permits the employee to function in a general office environment to accomplish tasks:
• Constantly requires sitting at a desk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Constantly requires clarity of speech and hearing, which permits the employee to communicate effectively
• Constantly requires clear vision to read printed materials and computer screens to accomplish work
• Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

Travel Requirements

Local travel and very occasional national overnight travel to attend seminars and training may be needed.
