We have a great opportunity for an experienced Academic Nurse Educator who loves working with nursing students aspiring to become the best version of a strong patient-centered clinician. The NCLEX Nursing Faculty member will produce ancillary materials designed to assist nursing students in NCLEX proficiency through training and development. He/she will participate in the planning and development of the curriculum for the different nursing programs as well as in the implementation and evaluation of the program of study. There will be a focus on improving the NCLEX scores for the particular nursing program they are assigned to. The NCLEX Nursing Faculty Advisor will also be responsible for assisting other campus faculty in the analysis of the HESI data and early identification of at-risk students.

Position Must-haves:

• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university; DNP or PHD in Nursing preferred.
• Five (5) or more years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse.
• A minimum of three (3) years teaching experience as a full-time faculty member in a nursing program.
• Experience in a NCLEX support role and/or experience teaching a capstone, comprehensive, or program culminating course designed to prepare students for the NCLEX exam.
