Product Marketing Specialist

Are you a passionate marketer with a talent for connecting products to customer needs? We're looking for a motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting compelling messaging and positioning for our innovative software products. You'll collaborate across departments—working closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams—to ensure our marketing strategies resonate with our audience and drive product adoption.

If you're excited about blending creativity with strategy and have a knack for turning technical features into real-world benefits, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Create engaging marketing materials such as product datasheets, case studies, white papers, and blog posts to highlight the value of our products.
Write, edit, and distribute product release announcements.
Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including online resources, data sheets, and presentations.
Lead or support product launches, ensuring a smooth go-to-market process.
Assist with trade show preparations, from creating presentations to attending events.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with customer success teams to gather feedback and shape product enhancements and marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Partner with design and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, attend training sessions, and actively contribute to company initiatives.

What You'll Bring

A strong understanding of B2B software products and technology markets.
Proven experience in executing successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, analytics tools).
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and technical.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the software industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
