• Starting Pay Rate:$21-$23/hr. Depending on Experience
• Monday-Friday flexible hours

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the hiring process by ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Prepare and send candidate communication (interview confirmations, rejection notices, etc.) promptly and professionally.
• Handle pre-employment tasks including background and reference checks.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS system.
• Comfort with technology, phone call sourcing, and candidate screening.
• Assist with career fairs, recruitment events, and partnerships with schools.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels.
• Willing to take initiative when working independently.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in recruitment coordination or a strong clerical support background.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity.
