ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nationwide Sales Representative to oversee tire sales operations in USA. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the tire industry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the country.
• Conduct market analysis and prepare comprehensive reports on the latest market trends, including major competitors' information.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Propose efficiency improvement suggestions on the current distribution channel to enhance overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify customer demands through regular customer visits and feedback collection and propose product development or upgrade plans accordingly.

HERE WITH YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH

• 3+ years of proven working experience in the Tire industry with a territory tire sales background (Pirelli, Hankook, Cooper or Kumho sales experience is preferred)
• Experience working with fleets and dealers, with a proven track record in generating new business leads
• Proficiency in local tire distribution channel and fleet market
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education experience with proficiency in business computer skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as required
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and desire to continually improve processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus commission
