Founded by Princeton engineers (ex-Amazon, Roblox, Robust Intelligence) with Ops/GTM leadership from Chargehound (YC-backed, acq. by PayPal for $XXXM), backed by top-tier VCs, we're scaling rapidly with real revenue, real customers, and real impact in the $310B insurance market.

We're seeking an exceptional ops generalist who can thrive in ambiguity and help build our business from the ground up.

The Role:

As an early team member, you'll help lead the daily operations of growing and maintaining our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will be managing customer relationships, prospecting new accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and creating internal foundational processes that help us efficiently grow.

Throughout all of it, you'll be working closely with the leadership team and touching almost all aspects of the business. As we scale, your role will evolve significantly, with your responsibilities growing and shifting to match our needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and scale foundational internal ops systems
  • Own enterprise accounts and help create our customer success playbook
  • Act as the bridge between customer feedback and product/engineering teams
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives (outbound, marketing, conferences, etc.)
  • Develop reporting systems to track business metrics and customer health
  • Jump in wherever needed!

Who You Are:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Growth/GTM, Customer Success, Account Management, or founding team at a fast-growing startup
  • Exceptionally organized with a proven track record of creating order from chaos
  • Process-oriented thinker who can document, systematize, and scale operations
  • Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple work-streams
  • A great writer and clear communicator who is confident speaking with customers
  • Highly adaptable, a first principles thinker

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000
  • Significant equity package as an early employee
  • Full benefits including health, dental, and vision
  • In-person-first team, based in San Francisco
