Job Description

This will be a TEMP to HIRE position for a boutique oil & gas firm located in Downtown Houston and parking is provided. The position will be in the office Monday - Friday and the hours will be 7:30am to 4:30pm.

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Loading approved invoices into OGSYS and final posting
  • Open, Scan and distribute all incoming mail
  • Stuffing and mailing checks
  • Print and mail JIBS
  • Fleet cards payment and coding
  • Ordering office supplies as well as drinks/snacks for the office
  • Maintaining conference room schedule
  • Maintaining the Kitchen area
  • Assist Operations & Land departments as needed
  • Serve as liaison wiith building management for badges, parking & maintenance
  • Plan and coordinate company events (Holiday Party & Annual Picnic)
