Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as CRM ERP Sales Customer Service or Finance and Operations.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs including workflows entities forms and dashboards.
  Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems into Dynamics 365 ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business systems using Power Platform APIs and thirdparty tools.
• Provide enduser training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of Dynamics 365 applications to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations customizations and processes.
• Advise clients on best practices for leveraging Dynamics 365 to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM or ERP).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales Marketing Customer Service Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate Power BI).
• Handson experience with Dynamics 365 customization configuration and workflows.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
• Experience with integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps APIs or middleware platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
