Start work next week! Must be proficient in English and possess a Highschool Diploma.

You will perform basic maintenance tasks

• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and cleaning work areas. • Assist with construction, landscaping, or other physical labor projects as needed. • Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks

Experience:

• Carpentry: Skilled in repairing and constructing wooden structures, including doors, windows, and furniture.
• Plumbing: Capable of performing minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Electrical Work: Basic understanding of electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures, resetting breakers, and handling minor wiring tasks.
• HVAC Maintenance: Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• General Repairs: Proficient in maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and lock replacement.
• Preventative Maintenance: Experienced in conducting regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in the safe and effective use of various hand and power tools.
• Safety Practices: Well-versed in safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members.
