We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor role. This team is growing and looking to add both a 1st shift and 2nd shift Supervisor to the team. What you’ll do as the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities on assigned shifts
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained for maximum productivity and reliability
• Select, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
• Organize maintenance work orders and optimize team performance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely repairs
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget

What you need to become the Maintenance Supervisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
