Litigation Attorney – General Litigation

Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid)

Firm: AmLaw 200 Law Firm

Compensation: $145,000 - $175,000 plus bonus opportunity

Are you a skilled litigator looking to grow your career with a nationally recognized law firm? Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 200 firm , is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join their Philadelphia office. This position offers the opportunity to work on professional liability and general litigation matters within a collaborative, high-performing practice group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation, including:
• Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions;
• Preparing and responding to discovery requests;
• Preparing witnesses for depositions, trial testimony, and arbitration hearings;
• Retaining and collaborating with expert witnesses;
• Participating in trial preparation, trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations;
• Manage client communication.

Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of litigation experience
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required .
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with a client-focused approach.'
