We want to continue to build on that spirit by adding a skilled and professional Landscaper to our team. Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, this position works within a team of landscaping professionals to landscape and maintain winery property grounds. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and blowing of leaves. Assures that the grounds and landscape always reflect the highest degree of quality and care at all times.

What we will ask you to do:
•  Establishes and maintains a variety of plants and grasses to ensure ongoing health, visual appeal, and safety of both garden assets and the general landscape.
•  Provides proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other ground features, including leaf blowing.
•  Operates landscaping equipment including, but not limited to, lawnmowers, power edgers, rototillers, and blowers.
•  Adjusts irrigation schedules and repair irrigation fittings to ensure plant health and reduce water consumption.
•  Supports culinary garden requirements when needed.
•  Maintains a safe, professional, orderly, and clean working environment, ensuring positive, high quality customer service at all times.

What you should bring to the table:
•  1 years’ experience in general garden and/or landscape experience.
•  Experience with commonly used power and hand tools used in grounds and landscaping.
•  Effective communication skills.
•  Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
•  Good organizational skills.
•  Current CA Driver’s License
