Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

Compensation: $140k - $250k Base + Quarterly Bonus

Locations: Moorestown NJ (Absecon office is also hiring)

Type: Full-Time / Hybrid-Remote (work-from-home flexibility)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Legal Research and Prepare Documents
• Collaborate with Legal Team Members and Other Professionals
• Attend Court Hearings and Represent Clients as Needed
• Work Independently as Well as Alongside Your Team

Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of Insurance Defense (All-star Civil Litigators are also welcome to apply)
• Experience in One or More of the Following Areas: Medical Malpractice Defense, Construction, Product Liability, Cyber Liability, Property Damage, Professional Liability, etc.
• Successful Completion of Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Active License in good standing with the NJ State Bar
• Strong Legal Research and Writing Ability

Bonus Points: Trial experience, book of business, and a strong background in defending hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice or product liability cases.
