Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide product information, place orders, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Utilize various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat to assist customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Must have a quiet and professional home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
