The Health Benefits Customer Service Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering phone calls relating to a wide range of healthcare and employee-benefit questions from both members and providers in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have both a background in healthcare and experience in a call center. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and an affinity to provide top notch service to our members, clients, and partners. We are hiring for multiple positions with a January 21, 2025 start date.
