Head of Engineering

Code Red Partners are leading the search for a Head of Engineering to help our client, to build their product from the ground up.

This is a 0 to 1 role where you’ll be architecting and building our core platform that uses AI to transform how enterprises handle their detection capabilities.

This company is backed by experienced founders and are looking for a Head of Engineering to help shape our product and technical direction from the ground up.

As Head of Engineering, you'll architect and build groundbreaking technology that helps security teams stay ahead of threats. Working directly with experienced founders, you'll shape both the technical direction and product strategy of a platform that's set to redefine what's possible in detection engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and own the core architecture of our platform
• Build scalable backend services for log ingestion, analysis, and AI-driven detection
• Develop intuitive frontend interfaces for security teams
• Create robust APIs for integration with existing security tools
• Own to technical strategy and product roadmap
• Help build and lead the engineering team as we grow
