Job Description

Role Overview:

We're excited to invite applications for the position of Growth Product Manager! In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving subscription revenue for a dynamic startup focused on the real estate sector. We're looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience in managing and enhancing product adoption, collaborating with diverse teams, and achieving growth targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys independent leadership while bringing together teams across marketing, product marketing, and customer service to reach subscription revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the charge in growing subscription revenue by crafting and implementing strategies that boost product adoption and enhance user retention.
Collaborate seamlessly with various teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and customer insights.
Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine strategies to hit growth objectives.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support for users, while optimizing the product for increased engagement.
Serve as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback informs product enhancements and innovations.
Document Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and summarize key decisions from cross-functional meetings.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in product management, particularly focused on product development and managing subscription targets.
Demonstrated success in a real estate-focused product startup.
A proactive mindset with a strong ability to work independently and champion growth initiatives.
A solid grasp of subscription revenue models, growth metrics, and strategies for enhancing product adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to both remote and hybrid work environments.'

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with subscription revenue models and scaling product usage effectively.
Proven success in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to unify teams toward shared goals.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000
Flexible remote work options available, with a preference for candidates based in the Bay Area.
