Your Impact:

• Develop scalable, intuitive interfaces that empower AI trainers to enhance LLMs and contribute to the advancement of AI technology.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to build new features, resolve issues, and maintain a high-quality, efficient codebase.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges to improve system performance, scalability, and adaptability within a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Drive engineering excellence by identifying process improvements that enhance team efficiency and accelerate product development.
• Share knowledge by documenting technical decisions, writing clear guides, and mentoring teammates to build team expertise.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in modern technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and experience with Python, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud services (MySQL, Spanner, GCS, PubSub).
• Frontend development experience (2+ years) with frameworks such as React/Redux or Angular.
• Strong ownership mentality, always pushing for improvements in both the product and team dynamics.
• Agile mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments and tackling complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
