Helper / Trainee to join our team and support our experienced flooring mechanics and carpet installers. In this role, you?ll work on various projects, from installing carpets and hardwood floors to performing essential tasks alongside our skilled technicians. This is a great opportunity to learn a trade, develop valuable skills, and grow in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities: ? Assist lead installers in preparing work sites, organizing materials, and cleaning up job sites.
? Learn and support installation of various types of flooring, including carpet, hardwood, tile, and laminate.
? Help with equipment maintenance and setup.
? Lift, carry, and transport materials and equipment.
? Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
? Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Requirements: ?
Driver?s License: Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.

Physical Stamina: This role involves bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
?
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high level of detail in all work.

Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
?
Willingness to Learn: Experience in flooring, carpeting, or construction is helpful but not required ? we?ll train the right candidate!
