Position Description
This job description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job. The description shall not, however, be construed as a complete listing of all miscellaneous, incidental, or similar duties which may be required from the employee on a day-to-day basis.
• Daily review and report on missing tickets to management
• Review, correct, approve and export documented error tickets within 48 hours
• Review, reconcile, and approve invoices as assigned
• Previous experience utilizing data entry skills in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for entering and closing out equipment rental invoices
• Issuance of Purchase Orders
• Ordering of office supplies as needed and stocking

• Successful pre-employment background check for LMC and all military bases is required
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• 10-Year DMV Report required for driving company vehicles
