Ice Speak Social is looking for a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing a variety of high-profile events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about event coordination and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from concept to completion.
* Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful execution.
* Handle vendor communications and maintain event timelines.
* Support onsite event setup, registration, and breakdown.
* Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics.
* Ensure smooth event operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
