James & James is currently accepting applications for E-Commerce Fulfillment with Logistics Specialist in our Springdale, AR shop. This is a role to support operations from sales to fulfillment.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

General responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

• · Locate and prepare samples to fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing scanners to properly pick, pack, and ship.
• · Able to print labels and accurately apply them to boxes and orders needing to ship.
• · Accurately input data on BOL's for trucks to be loaded, printing labels, and creating a manifest.
• · Able OR willing to learn how to navigate our ERP system and utilize reporting options efficiently and accurately.
• · Able OR willing to learn how to support others with intermediate to advanced tasks in Microsoft Excel.
• · Work with peers and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
• · Able to utilize time efficiently.
• · Create and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• · Assist in other areas as asked by leadership.
• · Able to communicate effectively and professionally with other teammates and leadership to solve problems and tackle issues.
