We have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, customer-focused food manufacturer! This role will have national account responsibility for one of their largest customers. This leadership role is located outside of the Greater Philadelphia Area and is an in-office position when not traveling. As the Director of National Accounts, the focus will be on driving growth-oriented, innovative strategies while building lasting customer relationships and creating impactful solutions. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with key customer partners to align and advance strategic initiatives.
• Drive internal and external understanding of performance across various business segments.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts, ensuring the company stays ahead in a fast-paced industry.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations that influence decision-making across all levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 5-7 years of strategic sales experience, preferably with a perishable foods background.
• Ability to influence both external and internal customers and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated skillful negotiation capability.
• This is an in-office position when not actively working with strategic partner customers.
