About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to lead engineering projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on overseeing high-speed filling and packaging equipment, managing capital projects, and building a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Manage CapEx projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
• Oversee installation, optimization, and maintenance of high-speed filling and packaging equipment in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Develop and mentor engineering talent, building a team capable of exceeding performance goals.
• Engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with broader organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading capital projects and delivering them on time and within budget .
• Strong background in high-speed filler technology, batching processes , and FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in managing large CapEx budgets and implementing process improvements.
• Demonstrated success in team development , coaching, and driving cultural change.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a decisive, solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to navigate complex project challenges and stakeholder expectations.
