Job Description

Our client, a large telecom company, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Producer with a strong background in UX for a long-term contract that requires 3-days/week onsite in Bothell, WA. In this role, you will collaborate with UX and UI leads, product managers, and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality native and mobile app experiences. You will be responsible for driving the execution of digital projects, ensuring seamless communication between creative and technical teams, and maintaining a strong focus on user-centered design. The ideal candidate is proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, familiar with Figma, and has a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.

• This is a long-term contract that requires 3-days/week onsite in Bothell, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with UX/UI leads and product managers to define and implement digital solutions that align with business and user needs.
• Manage the end-to-end digital production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Oversee the execution of mobile and native app experiences, collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure that UX/UI best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle and advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Utilize Figma to support design workflows, manage design assets, and coordinate updates with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with technical teams to identify feasibility constraints and align project deliverables with development timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving project challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in digital product development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Producer, UX Producer, or similar role in a digital, product, or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience facilitating sprint-based workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with UX/UI design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience managing native and mobile app development projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Understanding of development processes, including front-end and back-end technologies, to effectively coordinate with technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences that enhance engagement and usability.
