Position: Digital Marketer

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Digital Marketer! The Digital Marketer is responsible for overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies and marketing plans. Your duties include analyzing data, identifying trends, providing oversight of organic social media campaigns, and assisting in planning marketing campaigns to help support the client's goals. This position will report to the Senior Creative Operations Manager, and collaborate with Account Managers and other team members to gather information on marketing campaigns, client updates, and reporting. Digital Marketers will deeply understand the clients' campaigns, markets, and goals. Those in this position will use project management and scheduling platforms, and work with other team members to achieve the assigned clients' monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. In this position, Digital Marketers will also work closely with Social Media Managers to ensure the content aligns with planned initiatives set by the Content Strategist, Sr. Creative Ops Mgr., and client.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Creative Operations Manager and Content Strategist to establish marketing plans and goals.
  • Conceptualize, create, and deploy engaging text, image, and video content to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new services/products on various platforms (organic social media, email marketing etc.)
  • Work with respective team members to oversee the deployment of planned marketing initiatives for assigned clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms and digital marketing trends, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout and utilize best practices to increase clients’ brand awareness and reach.
  • Oversee social media content created by other assigned team members.
  • Occasionally communicate with clients to ensure content meets the client’s standards.
  • Ensure all data, client information, and reports are properly maintained and updated in the clients’ folder.
  • Stay updated on any news about accounts, and utilize trends and technologies to increase brand awareness.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of AAMP’s products and technologies, verticals served, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.
  • Write clear, captivating copy that engages readers with website copy, blogs, newsletters, and other assigned projects.
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to provide project updates.
  • Assist in analyzing & reporting on campaign analytics.
  • Use SEO principles to maximize copy.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of best search engine optimization (SEO) principles
  • Proven track record in Digital Marketing or related experience in the Tours, Attractions, and Leisure Experiences field.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of social media marketing and its various components.
  • Ability to oversee the onboarding, creation, and deployment of social media content calendars.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher level of understanding of roles, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • A goal-oriented individual is able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
  • A real passion for the tourism activities market.
  • Bonus points: tourism market marketing experience, experience with project management, and/or experience with digital marketing.

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $55,000 DOE

>> This position is in-office at our Las Vegas-based office. We can also hire remotely in Texas, Virginia, Utah, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
