Job Description

We’re Scan.com , the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. From MRIs to tests for TBIs, our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day.

We’re doing diagnostics differently, with a portfolio of brands tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.

We’re looking for a Data Integrity Specialist at an exciting time - we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $60m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 300% for 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN

At Scan.com, we're on a mission to simplify and accelerate access to diagnostic imaging for patients and clinicians. As an Data Integrity Specialist, you'll be crucial in upholding the quality of the information on our systems. Your primary responsibility will be to cross-reference key patient and customer data to ensure our systems are correct. You will also be expected to respond to clients on an ongoing basis.

You’ll report directly to one of our key team members, who has significant experience building out our reports and client service functions.

We're seeking a resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual who shares our passion for revolutionizing the diagnostic imaging industry.

Some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:

  • Ensuring diagnostic imaging reports match our database and records
  • Focusing on the quality of our information and ensuring 100% accuracy in the information we send out
  • Sending out reports and updates to our clients
  • Updating our clients on the status of their patient records
  • Responding ad-hoc to key client enquiries

THE TOP 3 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE

  • Be the ‘safe pair of hands’ within our team such that all your work is accurate and the quality of our data is high
  • Be a trusted #2 to your manager so that you are capable of completing every task asked of you
  • Attend professional development opportunities for personal and business growth

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value and that everyone should want to learn. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:

  • Attention to detail and a maniacal focus on ensuring information is correct
  • A commitment to hard work and effort
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients
  • Resilience and a willingness to continuously improve
  • Ability to comfortably navigate within MS Excel (ability to create Pivot Tables and/or conduct VLOOKUPs is a huge plus)

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We try to keep our interview process short and will try to move through the stages quickly. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:

  • Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Talent Lead. The call is usually via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
  • Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to our office for an in-person interview and a very short task to test your attention to detail.
  • Offer!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

  • Salary range of $42,000 - $45,000 per year
  • 401k
  • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • All the equipment needed for you to do your role effectively
  • Flexible working
  • Hybrid working schedule
  • Personal Development budgets
  • 18 days PTO
  • 10 paid sick days
