IT Project Portfolio Reporting Metrics and Analytics - Data Analyst - Remote


The Job:


As a Project Portfolio Reporting and Metrics Data Analyst, you'll be part of our IT team located Remotely.


The ideal candidate will have superior attention to detail, ability to consolidate and model data into actionable insights that will support data-driven decision-making. This role involves working closely across teams to understand requirements and to develop data models / reports. You'll get to:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources (Clarity, PowerBI/OneSource, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with various IT Teams to understand data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, Queries and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Financials and Cost Treatments (e.g. Opex, Capex, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
• Experience with AI.
• Experience with Project / Portfolio Management Tools and Data (Clarity preferred) .
• Some familiarity with Portfolio and Project Management.
