Job Title : Corporate Vice President - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location : 100% remote with travel 

Salary Range: $250,000-$300,000 + 35% annual bonus

Type: Full Time, Salaried with benefits 



Overview: 
Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Corporate Leader in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations to direct and lead multiple sites in corporate and operational goals and strategic plans. This is a remote based position, requiring monthly travel.  



Responsibilities :  

• Lead, direct and manage all operations teams 
• Support the development of corporate and operational priorities and strategic plans
• Create, manage, coordinate and execute operational strategies and implements tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
• Responsible for financial and operational reporting to leadership, recommending changes and needs 
• Ability to represent the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations
• Interaction with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines 

Requirements:

• Bachelors required, Master's preferred 
• 15+ years of relevant experience, but at least 5+ with in corporate leadership and direct reports 
• Expertise in manufacturing in a regulated environment 
• Must be a "change agent", ability to make difficult decisions 
• Requires organizational professionalism, field and industry knowledge 
• Strong Leadership for nationwide organization
