Subcontracts Administrative Lead – Renewable Energy

In this role, you will be responsible for managing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships between project stakeholders. What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms
✔️ Serve as the primary liaison between subcontractors and internal teams
✔️ Track subcontractor performance and provide updates to project management
✔️ Review and negotiate subcontractor proposals
✔️ Support project managers in resolving issues and disputes
✔️ Develop and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
What You Bring:
🔹 10+ years of experience in subcontract administration or a related field
🔹 Strong understanding of manufacturing and industry practices
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
🔹 Experience working with cross-functional teams
🔹 Proficiency in contract management software
